It all began when Pat and Natalie met in college where they fell in love with each other and the vibrant cannabis scene, they knew they found their calling. Now a full family affair, Mountain Man Melts is proud to offer single-source live rosin, crafted with care and expertise.
With the help of his devoted brothers, Pat and Natalie planted the first two farms, laying the foundation for what's to come. Pats Brother Tom stayed on, playing a crucial role in expanding our farms and hash labs. Together, they’ve built something truly special. 🔥

Pressed "LIVE" With Passion
Our rosin is made from live plant material, meaning the plants are hand-trimmed, frozen fresh immediately after harvest, washed with filtered spring water and ice, and lightly heat-pressed with absolute care. The result is what’s known as “Live Rosin.”
OUR PROCESS
WHAT IS LIVE ROSIN?
Fresh Frozen
Cannabis
Freeze the freshly harvested cannabis buds immediately to preserve the delicate trichomes and terpenes, which are essential for a flavorful “live” rosin product. The term “live” means not dried prior to processing.
Ice and
Water
Prepare an ice water bath and gently wash the frozen cannabis buds to separate the trichome heads. This process helps create a hash product rich in cannabinoids and terpenes.
Heat and
Pressure
Utilize a rosin press to apply heat and pressure to the hash, extracting the resinous part of the concentrate. Collect the extracted rosin as it oozes out of the press, ensuring careful handling to preserve the product's quality and potency.
Live Rosin
While Rosin preserves cannabis terpenes better than any other form of extract. Storing rosin in refrigeration helps preserve its freshness & flavor. The cool temperature of the freezer maintains the consistency and quality of the rosin, ensuring a more enjoyable and long-lasting experience for years to come.
